Bus: There is a Pittsburgh Regional Transit bus route to and from the airport called the 28X, and its schedule is available here

Driving: Take I-376 East from the airport through the Fort Pitt Tunnel to exit 72A. Continue onto Forbes Avenue to arrive on the University of Pittsburgh Campus.

Directions To and From Pitt’s Campus from Conference Hotel

All CESS Conference hotels are located a short (<10 minute) walk from Pitt's campus.

Parking on Pitt’s Campus

We do not recommend driving to campus. However, if you do, there is daily parking at the Soldiers and Sailors Garage (4390 Bigelow Blvd), which is a 5 minute walk to the conference events. There is also a limited amount of metered street parking.

Transportation in Pittsburgh City

Pittsburgh has an excellent public transportation system that can get you almost anywhere in the city. Check out Pittsburgh Regional Transit for bus and rail schedules.

Internet

Pitt Guest Wi-Fi provides access for alumni, parents, and others. It does not require a password or a University-affiliated sponsor access.

When you arrive on campus, connect your device to the network named Pitt Guest Wi-Fi. Read the Terms of Use and click Accept. You will be connected and redirected to the University's main website
