Anastasiia Panchak

Anastasiia is an LL.M. Candidate and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Between May 2022 and June 2023, Anastasiia worked as a Foreign Associate in the Competition and Antitrust Law practice group of E+H Attorneys-at-Law (formerly Eisenberger & Herzog) (Vienna). At E+H, Anastasiia advised clients on Austrian/EU antitrust and competition law matters, as well as merger and FDI control. Before joining E+H, Anastasiia worked as an Antitrust and Competition Associate for the two leading law firms in Kyiv (Arzinger and Vasil Kisil & Partners) for over 5 years. In Ukraine, she advised large international and domestic clients on matters related to antitrust and competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, vertical agreements, unfair competition practices, and influence marketing matters. Anastasiia graduated with a Master's degree (LL.M) in Law from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), among the top-4 students out of 200 in her year. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" (Ukraine). Aside from a law degree, Anastasiia also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit.
